After settling on the bouquet package you wish to enjoy, the next step is making the payments. The process is straightforward if you are a Safaricom subscriber

Paying DSTV via M-Pesa

• Go to your M-Pesa Menu
• Choose Lipa na M-Pesa
• Enter DSTV paybill number 444900
• On the account, option enter your decoder’s account number
• Enter the AMOUNT you wish to pay (depending on your bouquet selection)

Dstv offers a variety of packages with ranging prices from as low as 950 up to Ksh7900.In case of a change of bouquet you can make payments then contact DSTV customer care for a downgrade or upgrade.

• Enter your PIN number then click okay to confirm the transaction
• Wait for a transaction confirmation SMS from M-Pesa.

After payments, wait for Multichoice to make changes to your viewing experience. Normally, the response time varies but there is a general consensus that the process is expeditious.

You can use DSTV Self-service to check both payment history, view amount due and due date of your subscription before making your subscription payments.
