How to pay for Zuku internet & TV

Zuku is a digital pay-TV that provides a wide variety of channels to its users through a subscription model. Zuku also offers internet packages and its network covers almost all the big towns in Kenya.

Zuku TV packages include Zuku smart, Zuku smart plus, Zuku Classic, Zuku Premium and Asian standalone. The internet packages are categorized into an internet only and triple-play packages with prices varying according to internet speeds.

Payment methods for Zuku internet and TV services

Payment for Zuku packages can be done via M-pesa, Airtel Money, Equitel, M-Banking or Visa cards as discussed below.

1. M-Banking

Here, you need to use your Bank’s app or USSD code. The steps are:

  • Open your M-Banking menu
  • Find the Payment option and follow the prompts to pay your Zuku bill.

In most banking apps, there is usually a list of accounts where Zuku is one of them. Make sure to select the right account as there can be two accounts: one for Zuku fibre and the other for Zuku TV.

2. M-Pesa

To pay via M-Pesa:

  • Open the M-Pesa menu
  • Select Lipa na M-Pesa
  • Select Pay Bill
  • Select Enter Business no. then key in 320320 for Zuku fibre (tripleplay); 320321 for Zuku airtime and 220220 for Zuku Satellite TV and Zuku fibre.
  • Enter your Zuku account number. To get it;
    • Dial *502#
    • Reply with 1 which is for Account information option
    • Reply with 4; View account number
  • Enter the amount you want to pay
  • Enter M-Pesa PIN
  • You will receive an SMS to confirm the payment

3. Airtel Money

If you want to pay via Aitel Money:

  • Open Airtel Money menu
  • Select Make payment
  • Tap on Pay Bill
  • Select OTHERS
  • Enter business name ZUKUVOICE for Zuku airtime; ZUKUCATV for Zuku fibre; ZUKUSAT for Satellite TV
  • Enter the amount you want to pay
  • Enter your PIN
  • Enter Zuku account number as the Reference number
  • You will receive messages from Airtel Money and Zuku to confirm payment.

4. Online payment

This can be done via Zuku’s official website:

  • Visit zuku.co.ke.
  • click on pay from the top menu
  • Select the mode of payment. Visa card
  • Follow the prompts to finish the process.
