Get Airtel number check using USSD code

Using USD code *100#

  • Dial *100#
  • Call
  • From the seven options select 3.Manage my account
  • You then select option 1. “Number and Balance” from the options provided
  • You will then receive a confirmation prompt of your number and balance request
  • After a few seconds, a message confirming your phone number and Airtime balance will come to your phone.

Using USSD Code *111#

Here’s how to tell my Airtel number using of USSD code *111#

  • Press *111#
  • Call
  • Select option 3. On Manage account
  • Choose Option 1. “Number and balance”
  • You will receive a confirmation message on your number and Airtel balance.

Calling customer care

If you can’t memorize the USSD code for checking your phone number you can call Airtel customer care.

  • Dial 100
  • You can opt for option 1 to speak to a customer care agent
  • You will then be directed to the available agent who can after verifying your ownership and personal details will tell you your number

Alternatively, you can press 2 after calling the customer care

  • Press 1. Which gives the “Manage line” option?
  • Then press 2. That gives you the USSD code to check your “registration status” (*111#)
  • You can go further and select 9 from the other options that allow you to talk to a customer care agent.
